By accessing or using the RoofLynx website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

RoofLynx is a lead generation and informational platform that connects homeowners with qualified roofing professionals. We provide information about roofing services and facilitate connections with third-party contractors.

RoofLynx does NOT directly provide roofing services. We are an independent platform that facilitates connections between homeowners and service providers.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our Service, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when submitting requests
Not use the Service for any unlawful purposes
Conduct your own due diligence before hiring any contractor
Verify licenses, insurance, and credentials of service providers
Respect intellectual property rights

3. Third-Party Contractors

Important Disclaimer:

RoofLynx is NOT responsible for the performance, quality, pricing, availability, or conduct of third-party contractors. All contractors are independent businesses.

You acknowledge that all contracts for roofing work are between you and the contractor. We do not employ, supervise, or control contractors.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROOFLYNX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Any damages arising from contractor services or work performed
Property damage, personal injury, or financial losses from roofing work
Contractor negligence, fraud, or breach of contract
Inaccurate estimates, quotes, or pricing information
Delays, cancellations, or unavailability of services

5. Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. RoofLynx disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Note: Any warranties on roofing work are provided solely by the contractor. RoofLynx does not offer or honor warranties on third-party services.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using RoofLynx, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Modifications

RoofLynx reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
