Warranties and Guarantees

Cancellation Policy

• Customers may cancel scheduled services with at least 24 hours notice
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee
• Emergency services may have different cancellation terms
• Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced

Work Scheduling

Property Access

By scheduling services, you grant Rooflynx and its contractors permission to access your property as needed to perform the work. You are responsible for securing pets and removing any obstacles that may impede our work.
